We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it's not usually possible to make any changes.
If you are able to immediately give us a call or chat to us via the help icon in the bottom right of your screen we may still be able to update your address or cancel an order if it's not yet on its way to you.
We only have a really short window where we might be able to make an update to your order, so please get in touch as soon as possible. Emails and contact forms don't get to us quickly enough to try to make a change, so please contact us via chat or call! We can’t make any promises but we’ll do what we can to update your order if you contact us before your order progresses too far.
Can you update my delivery address?
Yes, but only if we can catch the order in time.
If the order has progressed too far and we can't make an update you may be able to update by contacting Toll for further assistance.
Can you update the items or sizes in my order?
We can’t change the items or sizes in your order once it is placed, but if you give us a call we can see whether it's possible to cancel the order so you can place it again.
