My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived in store 4 business days after your order was placed please contact us using Chat or the webform. 

Standard Delivery

If your order has not arrived after 11 business days please check your tracking details for updates online via the Toll website or contact Toll on 0800 865 569. 

International Orders

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days please check your tracking details for updates online via the UPS website or contact UPS online at UPS: E-mail UPS
