If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.
Can’t find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine. If you don’t have that, get in touch and we will do our best to track it down.
- Head to your nearest store with your return and receipt.
- The team in store will assess the product for a fault and help you with an exchange or refund.
If your purchase was made online you may choose to return to our online store.
