Cotton On orders are sent with Authority to Leave. This means that TGE (Team Global Express) will leave your order for you in a safe place if you are not available to sign for your order. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Cotton On will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of your parcel being left without a signature.
